Reservation/Cancellation Policy:

Reservation Payment Terms: 50% Deposits are required on all reservations. Customer may provide a valid credit card for deposit in lieu of 50% payment. Final Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card the day of the event. 
Cancellation Policy:  In the event of cancellation of a charter by the operator due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or other Force Majeure event the responsible entities listed will make every good faith effort to reschedule. Idylwild Enterprises, LLC shall make the final determination, in its sole discretion, in all matters of scheduling and assume no responsibility for any loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation.  
Deposits WILL NOT be refunded for any charter canceled by the customer within 24 hours of scheduled departures without exception. If the customer cancels the charter, the customer will be charged the full price of the scheduled charter plus any applicable sales tax.
Idylwild Enterprises, LLC, dba Idylwild Enterprises of Delaware, LLC, dba Kathleen D Sailing Catamaran, liability is limited to the consideration (fee) paid by the customer.

Cancellation Policy: Idylwild Enterprises, LLC and / or its Captains- at its / their sole discretion, may cancel this charter due to inclement weather or other Force Major event. In the event of cancellation, Idylwild Enterprises, LLC in cooperation with the customer will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the charter.  Price may be readjusted if number of passengers change due to rescheduling.  Idylwild Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation and shall make the final determination, in its sole discretion, in all matters of scheduling. 

If the charter customer cancels the charter for any reason, the customer will be charged the full charter fare.

Day: Sunday - Friday:  2 hrs.- $46.80 per person / $45 cash & check payment
Day: Saturday:  $52 per person / $50 cash & check payment
Sunset: Sunday -  Friday:  2 hrs.- $46.80 per person / $45 cash & check payment
Sunset: Saturday - 2 hrs.- $52 per person / $50 cash & check payment

Private Sails:
Day: 2 hrs. $59.80 per person / $57.50 cash & check payment. (Minimum charge-10 persons. Each additional hour = 1/2 two hour rate. Hourly increments. Includes 15% Gratuity) 
Sunset: Sunday- Friday: 2 hrs.- $1076.49 / $1035 cash or check payment.
Sunset: Saturday- 2 hrs.- $1196 / $1150 cash or check payment

We require a minimum of 4 persons to run a public sail. Customers may purchase additional seats to meet minimum requirements.

Public Egmont Key Expedition- Includes Florida Sales Tax
Adult: 6 hrs.- $98.82 per  / $94.79 cash & check payment.
Child: 6 hrs.- $87.71 per  / $84.14 cash & check payment.
We require a minimum of 4 persons to run an Egmont Expedition. Customers may purchase additional seats to meet minimum requirements.
